Our Keir Gilius is currently one of only two Family Mediators accredited by the Law Society of Scotland based in Ayrshire.

Family Mediation is a voluntary process in which parties come together with a neutral mediator to resolve disagreements and conflict about children, finances and other family matters. Mediation is an increasingly common way of attempting to resolve family disputes and can often lead to resolution in a more cost and time efficient way than raising proceedings at Court.

Keir is open to undertaking Mediation in-person and online and accepts referrals for those in receipt of Legal Aid as well as those funding matters privately.
